Electric operating table tilt fault solution

Electric operating tables are a very popular device in hospitals, which can be adjusted to the required position and can greatly reduce the labor of medical staff. Very suitable for urology, gynecology, orthopedics surgery. However, long-term use may find that the electric operating table tilts. What are the reasons and how can they be fixed?
First determine whether the solenoid valve is faulty. There are two ways to judge: one is to measure the resistance with a three-way meter, and the other is to put it on the metal to see if there is suction.
Then determine whether the compressor pump is faulty. First, check whether there is voltage on the compression pump, and measure the resistance of the compression pump with a three-purpose meter. If the above are normal, it is basically caused by ineffective commutation capacitance.
The electric operating table has movement in one direction and no movement in the other. Unilateral non-operation fault is usually caused by electromagnetic directional valve. The fault of the solenoid directional valve may be caused by the poor control circuit, or the mechanical jam of the directional valve. The specific inspection method is to measure whether the reversing valve has voltage. If there is voltage, remove the reversing valve and clean it.
Due to long-term use, there is a small amount of impurities on the active shaft of the on-off valve, which will cause the shaft to jam, resulting in the operating table can only operate in one direction. The table lowers itself when used, but slowly. This situation often occurs on the mechanical operating table, mainly due to lift pump failure. After several years of operating table use, small impurities may stay at the intake valve, causing small internal leaks. The solution is to disassemble the lift pump and clean it with gasoline, especially to check the oil inlet valve.
